Our hearts and prayers go out to the victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Some have
lost their homes, clothing, food, even loved ones. We pray that God will restore the lives of the
survivors of this international tragedy.
We at UOLPT are doing our part in helping by collecting financial donations and in-kind goods.
All financial donations will be contributed to the American Red Cross. You can mail in your
donation to the church's address below with "Haiti" marked in the bottom left hand corner of your
check or money order. You can also donate online via PayPal (allowing you to donate by
electronic debit, check, or credit card). Please click the button below to donate in this manner.
We are also collecting in-kind goods (clean clothing, food, supplies, baby needs, sanitary
goods, etc.). We will be putting together survival kits for the Haiti Embassy in Washington, DC
and some to mail off to Heart to Heart International. Federal Express is providing shipping
services for Heart to Heart to get relief items to the victims in Haiti, so we want to help them
support those in need. Whatever we can bring together by Friday, January 29, will be sent off
that weekend. We will be collecting items at the following dates and times:
* Tuesday night bible study, January 19, 2010, 7-9 pm
* Thursday, January 21, 2010, 7-9 pm
* Saturday, January 23, 2010, 1-4 pm
* Sunday, January 24, 2010, 10:30 am - 2 pm
* Monday, January 25, 2010, 7:30-9:30 pm
* Tuesday night bible study, January 26, 2010, 7-9 pm
* Friday, January 27, 2010, 2-8 pm, FINAL COLLECTION AND GOODS SORTING
