Pastor William T. Frye 3rd is a devoted
and anointed man of God who is married
to Elder Catherine Frye, who has five
grown children and eight grandchildren.
He is truly an around person and is most
happy doing the will of God.
Pastor Frye was taught under the
tutorage of Rev. James Peebles, Sr. and
his wife Betty Peebles of Jericho Baptist
Church in 1972. He was chosen as a
man of good report, full of the Spirit and
wisdom, and was capable of using the
office well, where by, he was set apart
publicly to the office and work of a
deacon in 1973.

In 1976 he was appointed President of the Missionary Society at Jericho. Whereby, he served door to door,
hospitals, nursing homes and street ministry. The Lord afforded him and his wife to work along side with
Evanglist W.R. Schambach in street ministry here in D.C. Many souls were saved and set free to the glory of
God!
Rev. Frye received further teachings at the Prince George’s Community College, majoring in sociology and
ethical physiology.
In the early 1970’s while attending the Jericho Christian College, he met Pastor James Bell, Sr. After completing
his four years there, Pastor Frye obtained a Degree of Christianity in 1982.
In July 1993, Pastor Frye served as interim pastor of Grace United Baptist Church and in January 1994 he was
elected as their pastor. His leadership there won many souls to the Lord and many received the gift of the Holy
Spirit to all who believed. He served as their pastor for three and a half years.
In 2002, Pastor Frye joined Unity of Love Praise Temple Church. When Pastor James Bell Sr. was ordained to
the Office of Bishop, Pasor Frye was ordained as Bishop’s Adjatant by the Faith Fellowship Churches
International under the leadership of Bishop Frank Davis. Pastor Frye is also the Assistance Pastor of Unity.
He traveled to Trindad with Bishop Bell and later to Tobago in which he was given the opportunity to preach the
gospel. They had a glorious time in the Lord!
Under Rev. William Hill, Catechizer for National Capital Congress Education, Pastor Frye was afforded the
opportunity to teach and prepare deacons and ministers for ordination in 2005 – 2006, whereupon, he was
licensed as a Catechizer in 2006.
