Pastor Jerry Wade is Senior Vice President and Director of
Outreach Systems for Ministerial Services & Resource
Centre. He is responsible for providing oversight and
coordination for those company activities germane to
community development, social redirection, outreach, as well
as general oversight in the absence of the CEO and
Executive Vice President.
Pastor Wade is an accomplished evangelist and pastor with
over thirty years of outreach ministry experience. He is also
Founder and CEO of "Peace-n-Comfort" Worldwide Ministries
(PCW). PCW is an outreach organization that provides
ministry support, outreach systems and "re-direct" ministry
teams worldwide in an effort to assist churches and

communities in the development of effective outreach services. He has been an active participant in directing
various community projects such as homeless shelters, soup kitchens, clothing and transportation needs
throughout the country. Two such projects were the Stewart B. McKinney Shelter for homeless men (Hartford,
CT), a city fire house transformed to serve one hundred twenty plus men per day and the Family Crisis Center
(Birmingham, AL), where women and children were provided a haven from domestic violence. As Director of this
ten-bedroom facility provided by the city, Pastor "Jerry", as commonly referred by those who know him, and his
family lived on site for two years fulfilling a two-year mission commitment, helping to rebuild lives with the
center's outreach program.
Pastor Wade currently oversees an outreach effort in Hartford CT and is working to establish a local assembly
that will facilitate outreach care for the communities of that city. He is one of the Administrative Shepherds for
the New Life Advocacy Council and also serves as one of the Educational Instructors for their "Life Style"
Recovery Initiative. Pastor Wade also serves as an associate Pastor at Unity of Love Praise Temple under the
direction of Bishop James C. Bell, senior pastor- Full Gospel Assembly International. His work there brings
welcome change and development to this inner city assembly, engaged in reaching the population of the South
Eastern region of the District of Columbia.
Pastor Wade attended the University of Connecticut for three years. He later graduated from the International
Bible College and Seminary. He is presently completing degree requirements for a Bachelor of Science in
criminal justice and Bachelor of Arts in human services at the University of Maryland University College. He is a
well-rounded professional with credentials and certifications in behavioral management, security, and criminal
justice. He currently serves as a Juvenile Counselor for the State of Maryland Department of Juvenile Services
and he serves as a facilitator for outreach programming between the State's Juvenile facility in Cheltenham
Maryland and local church groups.
Pastor "Jerry" is also a family man currently residing with his wife Phyllis in Southern Maryland. His children and
grandchildren are an intrical part of his life and ministry. He is a "go-getter" and a "pit-bull" for ministry and
outreach, truly a dynamic part of the MSRC Executive team and a valued ministerial professional.
